Marinade for Salmon Kenai River Sockeye Salmon or Silver Salmon!
Date: May 8, 2016
1/2 Cup virgin olive oil
1/2 Cup soy sauce
1/2 Cup apple juice
2 Cloves garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon fresh, grated ginger root
1 Tablespoon minced, fresh parsley
1/2 Teaspoon fresh, ground pepper
Combine well. Pour over fresh salmon filets & cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Pour off excess and grill or broil. Makes enough marinade for a nice Kenai River Salmon Sockeye or Silver Salmon.
